Immaculate rooms with a wonderful view, exceptional services. Very central location, within walking distance of Mooragh Park. And near the island, Carisbrooke Castle and various areas of the Island.

Access to the bedrooms involves a steep staircase, which could be a hassle when hauling bags, especially if you're not agile. The bathroom, while spacious, lacks handrails in the shower was good. The TV location isn't ideal, mounted high on the wall was good but the bed, and the pop-up basins in the bathroom don't work smoothly. Lastly, while the food menu offers plenty of options, it feels like quantity has overshadowed quality. For instance, some dishes like the pie might leave your taste buds wanting more, and the mash feels like a cheap cop-out compared to homemade.

We loved the comfy family room overlooking beautiful countryside views. The local outdoor play area was fantastic for the kids! Plus, the extensive menu offered smaller portions, perfect for my child. Our meals were well presented and delicious, especially the lamb dish.

The staff were friendly. My room, a Beautiful Family Room, was spacious and perfect. The outdoor play area kept the kids entertained for hours, a relief! Meals were a highlight, especially breakfast with its locally sourced ingredients. I appreciated the generous portions. The food tasted fresh and well-prepared. There were minor issues. The noise from the nearby road was a bit disruptive at times, which detracted from the peaceful atmosphere. I noticed some room amenities could have used a bit more attention.

fantastic family-friendly spot!
The family room was super comfy, and the food was great, especially that lamb from the specials. The kids' area was huge, our little ones had a blast! Staff were friendly, even called us before arrival to give us a heads up about some noise. Only bummer was the parking could get tight.

We enjoyed the children's playground and played darts. The food was freshly cooked and filling, perfect after a day of cycling. Just a heads up, the access could be tricky for those with mobility issues due to narrow stairs. A great spot. We'll definitely be back!
One downside was the small room size.
